We go through every application carefully and assess it against real proof of work. If you are a good fit, we will reach out personally and invite you to create an account in our portal. That is when the good stuff starts.

When a role comes in that matches your skills and rate, we send it your way. You will only ever be introduced alongside two other freelancers, so you are never competing with a crowd, undervaluing your talent. You have 24 hours to claim the introduction by paying a lead fee. After that, the client relationship is entirely yours.
